Can the number of featured courses displayed under Browse / Learning Catalog be controlled?

Hi Experts,

When people click the Featured view on their Browse / Learning Catalog page, they see an image carousel showing the five most recently featured items that they can access. And five categories group the featured learning by learning type, such as courses and specializations. Each category shows up to 25 of the most recently featured learning that they can access, with the most recently featured learning appearing first.

Can the number of featured courses to be displayed controlled? For example, if 15 courses are currently set as 'Featured', can we choose to display only 3 'Featured' courses to learners under the 'Featured' tab?
