New privilege added in Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud Service after upgrade to 25C

Summary:

As part of upgrade 25C, we have observed that the following new privileges have been added to below respective roles:

Privilege "Access Intelligent Agent Chat (HRC_ACCESS_AI_AGENT_CHAT_PRIV)" is added to the below role "Field Service Administrator (ORA_RCL_FIELD_SERVICE_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB)"

We’ve reviewed the available 25C release documentation but couldn’t find any reference to these specific updates from 25c.
We'd appreciate some insight into the reasoning behind these additions, along with a link or reference to the relevant Oracle documentation if available.
