Stop accrue PTO for an open-ended leave

Summary:

We have configured the plan to stop PTO accrual (Accrual matrix used for conditions) when the employee assignment status is on Leave of absence.
If any employee is applied for long leave and provided the leave start an end date then the accrual is stop. but if an employee applied a leave without end date then the system is not stopping to accrue.
Please suggest what are the conditions we can apply to stop accrue PTO without Leave end date.
