How can i change the recipient of a event notification

in Fusion Applications Administration

How to change the recipient of Oracle Email notifications being sent from :

noreply@notification .me-jeddah-1.oci.oraclecloud.com

The current recipient is no longer within the same department , yet all crucial emails are being sent to her user , kindly advise how to change this
