Read only access to HCM position Hierarchy for Line managers

Hi Team

Is there a way to provide read only access for Line manager to HCM position Hierarchy page ? I have added privilege PER_MANAGE_HCM_POSITION_HIERARCHY_PRIV in our custom line manager role . Line manager now able to access this page but I see Line manager is getting edit access .
