Additional depletion Layer for Direct Sales order issue without Cost Information and Distribution

Summary:

In the cost Distribution depletion layers for Direct Sales Order issue, we have a layer without cost information and distribution. The create distribution did not show any error or warning for this Sales order.

Sales Order total Quantity is 7822

At the time of SO issue, the on hand balance was 7389.

Allow Negative inventory is enabled for the Org, so 433 quantity was issued making the inventory balance go negative - Depletion Layer 1 and 2

The Layer 4 is for the Cost variance when the Inventory was replenished.

This explains depletion layers 1, 2 and 4.
