Sudden spike in planned orders quantity even the forecast and safety stock remains consistent

We have consistent forecast and safety stock levels for the items. However, there is a sudden spike in planned order generation for most of the Make items in the supply plan. This spike is observed mainly around June, where the planned orders are pegged to future demand.

Could anyone please help us understand why the system generated such a high planned order quantity specifically around June?
