Can we use Fusion IDP as IDP for a custom Visual Builder application on another tennacy?

As the question say, can Fusions identity provider serve as IDP for a custom apllication on another tenannacy?

We are building a "helper" Visual Builder application for our customer. The application will use much of Fusions REST apis. But user management would be done in Fusions security console.

Is it possible to export Fusions IDP and then import into VB instance as an integrated application which would handle authentication to access to the VB application?
