Looking to Secure Import and Load page so user can only see their own imports

Summary:

I need to secure the Import and Load task (My client groups > Data Exchange > Import and Load) so that the user cannot see all imports

We have created a custom role and only provided access to the Import and Load task however when the user goes to the task, clicks and show filters > removes their username from the Create By filter, they are able to see all files.

How can this page be limited so that the user is not able to change this filter?
