Hi Team,

I’ve assigned all the necessary roles, and the agent is working correctly when using tools of type Business Objects. However, when I use tools based on the Document type, upload documents, set them to Ready for Publishing, and run the Process Agent Documents scheduled process, it completes successfully.

The logs indicate that all uploaded files were processed successfully, yet the documents remain in the Ready for Publishing status and do not move to Published.

Any insights or guidance on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
