Restricting Person Security by Department Based on Effective Start/End Dates

Hello All,

We have defined an organization tree in the following structure:

• Division: DivisionName
• Legal Entity: Legal Entity X
• Business Unit: Business Unit X
• Departments under Business Unit X: Department 1, Department 2

An Area of Responsibility (AOR) has been defined with Responsibility Scope = Department (Department 1), Legal entity =Legal Entity X, Business Unit: Business Unit X

Note: If we include only the parameter department in the responsibility scope, no value is displayed when searching for employee.

If we include the parameter at hierarchy type level, there is no result too.

We have the following scenario:

The employee was in Department 1 in 2020 and moved to
