How to make certain Document Record DFF fields shows as read-only for Approver in VBS Redwood

Summary:

In Redwood, when an approver opens a Document Record transaction and clicks Edit, all fields (including DFF attributes) are still editable. We need to make some of these attributes read-only / hidden for approvers, but we cannot find a supported way to do this in Redwood VBS.

Scenario:

1. Employee submits a Document Record (e.g. acting assignment / position change, etc.).
2. Workflow sends it for approval.
3. Approver opens the approval notification and selects Edit.
4. Redwood opens the "Document Records Notification - View" page.

Issue:

• In this Redwood approval edit view, the approver can change all DFF fields values in the record.
