Lease termination using fbdi not working

Hi, I am getting error on as shown below "You can't validate the lease because some payments aren't approved or put on hold and have a due date that's before the amendment commencement date". We have tried fixing this error by making the payments approved or release from hold, even then the lease is not getting terminated by using FBDI
