We are migrating to V3 Seniority dates from V2. I would like to know how it impacts reports which are configured with Hire date (Enterprise/ Legal employer) column. And is it impact any other field in employee assignments?

Is there any impact on employee Hire date field both Enterprise and Legal employer hire date?

Is there any impact on eligibility profiles or on derived factors that are configured with hire date criteria?

I would like to know what are the necessary checks we must do before migrating to V3 seniority date from V2 and how this migration will impact other areas/fields?
