Unable to find Manage Commercial Items

Hi

We are enabling Redwood and i am unable to find "Manage Commercial Items".

I had enabled the Opt-in Product Management - Items - "Search Items Using the New User Interface" and "Redwood: Create and Edit Manufacturers Using an Updated User Interface"

However, i am not able to see "Manage Commercial Items".

Please help with this.
