Descriptive flexfileds in maintenance & manufacturing modules

Dears,

We have manufacturing and maintenance modules in our current implementation. Now, we are adding Descriptive flex fields on Work order screen, output items, and operations; however, these Dffs are showing for Manufacturing & maintenance end users. How can we lock these Dffs to be shown only for the belonging users, noting that the manufacturing organization is different than the maintenance one.
