Issues with approval workflows for multiple assignments in Absence Management where we are unable to use “Representative” approver and receiving errors with “GetAllRepresentatives” function, despite correct AOR setup.

Hello,

We are working with a client where users can have multiple active assignments that may begin at the same time. In the absence type setup, under the “Type Attributes” > “Multiple Assignment Rules” section, we have set the Approvers field to “Managers of all relevant assignments.” so that managers for every assignment are notified and it is working as expected

But, this configuration has created challenges with our approval workflows. Previously, with single assignments in TAC, everything functioned smoothly. When switching to multi-assignment rules, the “Representative” option disappears from the list of available Approvers. As a workaround, I tried adding the relevant rules in the Multi Assignment task in BPM, but I received the following warning:
