Guidance on Configuration for SCORM Packages from Articulate Rise in Oracle Learning Cloud

We are currently working on integrating SCORM packages created in Articulate Rise with Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC). While we are able to deploy new courses successfully, we would appreciate your guidance on the recommended configuration to ensure optimal compatibility and performance—particularly in relation to the feature “Real-time completion based on SCORM content status.”

Specifically, we are looking for:

  1. Recommended export settings in Articulate Rise for SCORM packages intended for use in OLC.
  2. Best practices for configuring SCORM content within OLC to support real-time completion tracking and accurate reporting.
  3. Guidance on how to manage existing courses and enrollments—especially what steps are needed to update or replace SCORM content without disrupting learner progress or data integrity.
