Exclusive Use in the Order shipunit is not working as expected

in Transportation Management

Summary:

We have created Order with multiple ship units And enabled the check box "Exclusive Use" but still its creating single shipment rather than creating each ship unit as seperate shipment, Is it a Bug or am I missing anything.

Below is the As per OTM help:

  1. Select the Exclusive Use checkbox if the ship unit should not be mixed with any other ship unit whether the same packaged item or in the same bulk mixing family.
