Unable to add custom fields or related object attributes in Tender Manager Layout

in Transportation Management

In my Buy Shipment Manager Layout, I have configured the field User Defined Attribute Number 1. I want to show this field also in the Manager Layout for Tender. In the Manager Layout for Tender I´m not able to Add a new field only a section.

Goal is to show the Attribute Number with the value from Buy Shipment in the Manager Layout for the Tender Process.

Is there a way to do it?
