Need to make DFF mandatory using some condition in create receipt page...

Summary:

We have a requirement to make a Descriptive Flex field mandatory on the Create Receipt page, based on the Organization, Document Type, and Destination Type, using Sandbox. Although we successfully made the field mandatory, we are unable to apply the conditional logic because the binding variable is returning a null value.
