Need details on how commitment get impacted based on Purchase order status
Summary:
- When PO is created - Incomplete status - Should Project commitment get impacted?
 - When PO is Final closed should the outstanding amount which is not received and invoiced get automatically released in case budgetary control is not enabled.
 - If PO is cancelled will the commitment reflect the cancelled amount getting deducted from it?
