Getting Error - The request to do the operation failed because the record doesn't exist

Getting Error - The request to do the operation failed because the record doesn't exist for import Price List Batches.
Note: I have used Operation Code UPDATE, passed SOURCE_PRICE_LIST_ID, SOURCE_PRICE_LIST_ITEM_ID, SOURCE_CHARGE_ID, PARENT_SOURCE_ID and the Price List and the Item also exist in Oracle Fusion.

But the FBDI upload returns error stating that the request to do the operation failed because the record doesn't exist.

What can be the possible issue and what can be the possible fix.
I have also noticed errors as The operation wasn't successful because it includes a charge that contains an overlapping date range
