License and Certificates LOV

Hi Experts,

We are seeing an issue with license and Certificates LOV's. When we go to Me > Career and Performance > Skills and Qualifications > add Licenses and Certs > License or Certificate drop-down > search NRP. Its shows and lists NRP Essential Provider

But, when I go to My Client Group > Profiles > Item Catalogs > Licenses and Certifications and search for NRP%, its lists all except NRP Essential Provider

Please advise how this missing LOV record can be updated?
