How often should I run this process?

Updating to Redwood changed the 'Requisition for Payment Against Contract Purchase Agreement Services' screen (in Procurement). Ever since then, some Agreements don't show up when searching for them on that screen.

The solution is to run the process in the Oracle doc below*. However, after a couple weeks, some Agreements stop showing again. So, we run the process again. Cycle keeps repeating.

Question = should we schedule to run this process every few days? Is that okay? Asking because we don't know if running it too often could cause greater issues. Thank you.
