A list of developer-facing new features, significant recent changes, and platform notices for Oracle Eloqua release 25D:

Application API

  • The Application API create and update email endpoints, both 1.0 and 2.0, will now validate the sender email to confirm an allowed domain is being used and return a validation error if the senderEmail is not using an allowed domain. For more information, see the product notice.

Platform notices

  • Created/Modified By for contacts will be in Controlled Availability in 25D. When enabled:
    • New properties will be returned by the Application API 2.0 contact endpoints:
      • createdBy: User ID
      • createdByName: User Display Name​
      • updatedBy: User ID​
