OIC Journal Import Not Importing FOr Custom Journal Sources

Summary:

We are attempting to import journals into Fusion ERP for specific custom journal sources. We specify the Journal Source in the properties file which is passed into Argument2 of the Import Journals ESS program. However, for the journals that are being initiated by OIC, the Journal Import program is not importing the records.

The issue appears to be that when initiated by OIC, the Journal Source must be the je_source_name (source_id) and not the user_je_source_name. This is not the same behavior when the journal import is used during FBDi or AFDi. Additionally, we have other custom integration calling the Journal Import API directly and passing in the user_je_source_name and it imports successfully. Seems to be directly related to the OIC integration.
