Unable to convert the pending worker in redwood-25C

Hello Experts,

"Need help? Contact" section is blank while converting the pending worker in redwood page. Since it's blank, we're NOT able to click on submit button.

Can someone please let us know why this section is blank? Am I missing any privileges?
