Trigger Event based Fusion SaaS Integrations using soap interface from OIC Gen3

We have trigger event based integrations which are subscribed to fusion business events. Lot of times when there is a failure or any issues, it is not possible to trigger the business process and it's business event again from fusion. in OIC Gen2 it was possible to just store the payload and in case of failure we just use SOAP UI or any client tool to retrigger the integrations in case for day to day support activities, however in Gen3 it is now not working.
