Absence balance transferred doesn't display,if we delete the enrollment and re enroll the plan again
Summary:
Once the balance is transferred to new plan on loss of eligibility, if we delete the enrollment again and reenroll the plan again. The balance transfer is not transferring to the new plan again.
Is this an expected behavior.
