All PDF certificates to be uploaded to OLC under the relevant staff profile once training is completed.
- Expiry Notifications:
Staff will receive an email notification when their certificate is due to expire. This will include instructions on refresher training and the steps required to maintain certification.
- Annual Reporting:
Generate a report of staff with the relevant certificate.
