HR Admin defaulted as line manager in Add Contingent Worker

Hi,

When adding a contingent worker, in the section Manager. The HR admin who seizes the information in the system is defaulted as Line Manager. There is no rule in VBS. Has anyone faced this issue please and found a solution ?
