Query regarding 25B Oracle ERP Patch

Summary:

Can someone please let us know why 'Update Trading Community Organization' privilege is added to 'View Item Redwood' duty role as part of 25B Oracle ERP patch update. As per the descriptions in the ERP, 'View Item Redwood' is a inquiry/view only duty role. This View Item Redwood is in turn inherited by 'Item Inquiry' which is in return a view only duty role by nature.

Can someone please confirm on why a transactional privilege mentioned above has been added View type of duty role? Requesting your support here to address this to audit team. Is that a mistake from Oracle.
