Make customization using a sandbox in supplier portal

Hi,

We are trying to make customization in the create invoice page in the supplier portal but an internal user who is having all the roles and privileges to access the supplier portal but he don't have access to PO so that page composer not allowed to select the identifying PO as it is a mandatory field to make the customization in the invoice creation page.
