Global Absence Entry Validation Fast Formula help

I need to change a currently existing Fast Formula for Absence that need now to check two situations:
The law states that a vacation cannot begin in the two-day period preceding:
- A Public Holiday
- The employee's paid weekly rest day
Condition 1: Public Holiday Check (This is our main question)
This is the most complex part. The formula must check if the next day or the day after that is a holiday.
- Logic: Check if
IV_START_DATE + 1ORIV_START_DATE + 2is a 'HOLIDAY' on the employee's work schedule and Calendar Events. - Example: If Thursday, Nov 20th, is a public holiday, an employee cannot start vacation on Tuesday (Nov 18th) or Wednesday (Nov 19th).
