Join Between okc_k_lines_b and Pjc_exp_items_all table

Summary:

Could anyone please help with Join Between okc_k_lines_b and Pjc_exp_items_all table?

Contract_line_id of PJC_EXP_ITEMS_ALL is blank.

But When Generate Invoices Process runs, Oracle generates Invoices and the invoice line description has contract Line Number and also each line has expenditure_item_ids associated with it.
