Adjusted Service Date To Provide LOS Credit SeniorityDate

we need to define a seniority date rule for oracle hcm cloud to calculate adjusted seniority date every time person is rehired. if the break in service between previous service and most recent hire record is more than the previous length of service then it will be most recent hire dare but if previous length of service is more than break in service then add the previous LOS on most recent hire date to give credit.
