PO rebuild account api

Summary:

We are using rest api to rebuild account for PO distributions with POETA. I am running process via OIC it complete successfully but does NOT change (or overwrite) account per poeta. We use default account and it remain same. But it work correctly when rebuild accounts run for the line from front end.

I tried similar operation from postman but getting strange error (NOTE: change order was created separately before trying these operations)

Also tried https://<server>/fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/draftPurchaseOrders/73/action/calculateTaxAndAccounting  per 25D document but it gives error shown below
