How to Stop Partial Picking/Shipping for Sales order (single line on SO or multiple line on SO)

Hi Team,

The business has the following requirements regarding shipping and picking for customers:

  • For some customers, partial picking or shipment is allowed.
  • For other customers, partial picking or shipment is not allowed.

Currently, I believe we can manage this requirement at the time of sales order creation by using the following fields such as "Allow Partial Shipment of Lines" or "Ship Lines Together".

The challenge I’m facing is as follows:

Suppose a sales order is created for a customer who does not want partial picking or shipping. For example, an order is placed for a quantity of 10, and there is sufficient inventory available, so the order gets scheduled and reserved. However, during the picking process, the picker discovers that 2 units are either damaged or have quality issues.
