Changing login link on Forgot Password

We are having an issue in Onboarding, where when the user clicks on Submit in the Forgot Password page it appears a page to sign-in, but that sign-in button doesn't have the link to the manual login (supplier login), so they are redirected to the SSO page and to add the company email which as a pending worker they don't have.

Do you know if it's possible to change the link on the Sign in button?
