we have two users with the same custom Employee role but the page visibility is different

Hi Team,

While investigating why an employee has access to the Scheduled Process page in production, we compared two users with the same employee role. We observed that one user has access to the Schedules Process page, while the other does not have.

We are unable to determine why two users with identical role permissions have different visibility.

We have checked at the structure level is there any customization done through EL Epression. Also we have checked the roles privileges and permissions, everythings looks same for both the employees, so we are unable to identify the root cause.

Can any one please help us to understand why two employees with the same role permission has different visibility.
