How to restrict the access for the schedular job LOV

Hi Team,

Can anyone please help us to restrict the access based on the schedular Jobs. We have the requirement to provide the access to the Schduled Process page to the normal employee but need to restrict the access to scheduled the process. i.e the ESS Job LOV should not give any jobs on schedule Process page.(Agenda is not to provide access to submit any schedule process).
