Reflect the data from the DoR into a personal contribution request (Business Trip)

Summary:

We have two types of requests: the DoR (Document of Record) and the ICP (Individual/Personal Compensation Request). The process begins with submitting the DoR request, and once it is approved, the ICP request must then be created and submitted. Since both requests share identical fields, the system should automatically reflect (copy) the data from the approved DoR fields into the corresponding fields in the ICP request to ensure consistency and eliminate redundant data entry.
