How to restrict Buyers from reassigning the Negotiation Owner?

Hi Everyone,


How can we prevent Buyers from using Reassign Owner in Negotiations?


Which privilege controls this action, and can it be removed from the Buyer role?
Any workaround if Oracle doesn’t allow restricting this function?
