IDEA: Refresh button on Monitor Evaluation dashboard

We currently dont see refresh button on the Monitor and Evaluation screen that limits users from refreshing the screen. It would be good to have a refresh icon on the monitor and Evaluation run screen that would help to refresh the screen when new run is initiated instead of going back from the page.
