Is there any documentation that explains each condition in "MyRules" section under Vacation Rule?

We are currently implementing Oracle Fusion to one of our clients. They want to know if certain transaction type can be delegated to other users. There seem to be a lot of options in the MyRules section that can be used to customize rules based on the need of the clients, but we are unable to find any document that details how these can be used. Is there any document from Oracle that we can use to understand how the MyRules can be customize using the "Basic", "User", "Advanced", "Time" and "Custom" Tasks? Thank you in advance for any help
