Partner Elimination is improperly working

Partner Elimination is not correctly working; it's duplicating results until the rule is undeployed and re-deployed, and prior periods are consolidated to have all current periods impacted.

Currently, I have deployed the rule PELIM, which basically uses the account ALINK as a  link account between two entities

So means 

ALINK->E1001->ICP_E1002 = 1000

ALINK->E1002->ICP_E1001 = - 1000 

Top top-level ALINK account is zero.

 If I make a change (e.g. Journals ) on a single leaf entity and consolidate TOP level, the system will produce an improper result on the top level, the ALINK is not zero anymore.
