We want to validate whether the employee has uploaded attachment while resignation or not

Hi,

We want to make the attachment field mandatory. Currently, this field cannot be set as required through Configure Fields and Regions. I tried adding a simple validation rule, but it isn’t triggering either in preview mode or after publishing.

If you’ve encountered a similar issue before, please let me know. Also, if you’re aware of any alternative workaround to make the attachment mandatory without using a validation rule, that would be really helpful.
