Workflow automation in 25D

Has anyone tried turning on workflow automation feature in 25D? I attempted to enable this in the workflow preference screen and the moment I attempt to save it, I get 'Unable to save Workflow Object Attribute' error. I also tried adding the 'ORA_SVC_WORKFLOW_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB' role to my user, but I'm unable to find any role with this name. Not sure what I have missed or if there is any additional setup that needs to be enabled to make use of workflow feature?
