API Endpoint to Lock User Account in Oracle fusion SaaS(Equivalent to Security Console Lock Account)

Summary:

Request for API Endpoint to Lock User Account in Oracle Fusion SaaS (Equivalent to Security Console “Lock Account” Option

Description:

We are trying to automate the user lock function that is currently performed manually in the Security Console under
Users → User Account → Locked (checkbox). In the Fusion application UI, checking the “Locked” box immediately:

• Locks the user account, and
• Terminates all active sessions across Fusion Applications.

However, we are unable to locate a corresponding Fusion SaaS REST API endpoint that performs this same action programmatically.

We are aware of the IDCS REST endpoint /admin/v1/UserLockedStateChanger, but our environment is federated with Okta as the Identity Provider (IdP).
